Our goal with every sale is to delight our customers. In the rare event that you receive an item that is unsatisfactory for any reason, please email our customer service team at HELP@FESCUEANDDUNES.COM or call at (301) 244-8558. To mitigate the possibility of any mistake, make sure to double check the correct size, location, and logo version before checkout.
Most of our apparel is decorated on demand, when you order the product and customized the way you want. It’s one of the ways we are able to offer such a wide collection across our partner clubs. If you need to return customized apparel, we offer exchanges for store credit within 30 days for any items that are in new and unused condition.
Predecorated accessories, including headcovers and ball marks, and headwear can be returned for a full refund as long as the item is in new and unused condition.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
